Dark Horse Network Community Guidelines
Dark Horse Network is built on the belief that today’s community shapes tomorrow’s world. We exist to empower visions through collaboration, education, and aligned leadership.
This community is more than a platform — it is a shared ecosystem of founders, creators, innovators, and growth-minded leaders committed to integrity, contribution, and meaningful impact.
By participating in the Dark Horse Network, you agree to uphold the following principles:
1. Respect and Inclusivity: We treat one another with respect, kindness, and professionalism. We value diverse perspectives, lived experiences, and backgrounds. Discrimination, harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior have no place here.
2. Positive and Constructive Engagement: We encourage thoughtful dialogue and healthy debate. Critique ideas — not individuals. Engage in ways that elevate conversations, inspire growth, and strengthen the community.
3. Integrity and Authentic Representation: Show up as your authentic self. Represent your credentials, experience, and intentions honestly. Misrepresentation, impersonation, or knowingly sharing false or misleading information undermines trust and is not permitted.
4. Responsible Collaboration and Ethical Commerce: Dark Horse Network supports collaboration, opportunity sharing, and aligned professional growth.
To protect the integrity of the community:
- Avoid spam or mass unsolicited messaging
- Refrain from deceptive sales tactics
- Do not make investment guarantees or misleading earnings claims
- Do not harvest member data or solicit members outside the platform without consent
Commercial activity should reflect transparency, integrity, and genuine value creation.
5. Privacy and Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of fellow members. Do not share personal information, private communications, or confidential materials without explicit permission.
6. Content Standards: Share content that aligns with the spirit of empowerment and professionalism. Content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, harmful, or intentionally misleading is not permitted. Respect intellectual property rights when sharing materials.
7. Healthy Conflict Resolution: Disagreements are natural in a dynamic community. Approach conflict with empathy, clarity, and respect. Avoid public escalation. If needed, reach out to moderators for support.
8. Reporting and Shared Accountability: If you observe behavior that violates these Guidelines, we encourage you to report it to the Dark Horse Network team. We review concerns thoughtfully and handle matters with discretion.
9. Community Stewardship and Enforcement: To preserve the integrity of the Dark Horse Network, The Dark Horse Project LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or permanently remove members who violate these Guidelines or compromise the safety and integrity of the community.
10. Evolving Together: As the Dark Horse Network grows, these Guidelines may evolve. Continued participation in the community constitutes acceptance of any updates. We welcome feedback that strengthens our shared ecosystem.
