Hello everyone!

Super Congrats and so inspiring for me and others to hear of the successes🎓🎓📜🎆of older persons from 60 years to 96 years!

As long as that burning desire remains within you- go for it!

Many more educational centres are increasingly accommodating and appreciative of having older students.

So what can you be mindful of?

STUDY:

1/Do research to assess if in-person or online classes are not only available, but practical

2/ Be certain to share with those who WILL support and not discourage you;

NOONE starts from "Square One"- that is impossible , since every step on our journey that leads us towards our purpose , IS the RIGHT direction.

3/ Take advantage of any grants or discounts available just for older persons

HEALTH: Remember - a brain that cannot focus, cannot process, so please be mindful of YOUR health FIRST!

1/ Sleep

2/ Make a Schedule to include meals , study , rest , EXERCISE and recreation

3/ Ensure that your meals are high quality "brain foods"- a variety of vitamins in fruit and vegetable; hydration and protein(muscle, bone and brain health).
