Tonight's Entrepreneurship function was a great reminder of the passion I and many of my colleagues have, seeing older persons (80s, 90s, ) having a blast on the dance floor!

Success is not one "BIG LEAP" as was mentioned at the function - 50th Anniversary of the Barbados Association of Administrative Professionals.

Those who mentor, those who know that age is simply a number and must be embraced with a loving heart .

We all have much to learn as we stay connected through the generations.
