Aquatherapy is fun, safe, easy on the joints, great for heart and lungs- I could go on and on... 😊

🏊🏽♂️🏊🏽♀️🌊3/ Being weightless because of the buoyancy of water enables you to exercise and therefore SAFE on the joints
🏊🏽♂️🏊🏽♀️🌊4/ It is definitely great for mood and lessening anxiety since exercise releases the "mood booster hormones" such as endorphins
🏊🏽♂️🏊🏽♀️🌊 5/ It is great for swelling and improved circulation to your legs- you feel lighter and stronger. Who can say no to that?
