🌟 Member Spotlight: Lana Husbands — Barbados

We’re celebrating Lana Husbands, a visionary dedicated to supporting family caregivers and older adults with compassion, clarity, and community.

Lana’s mission began with her own experience caring for elderly family members, where she saw how limited and impractical many caregiver resources were. Instead of accepting the gap, she chose to create a solution. Today, she leads a growing forum that uplifts caregivers and promotes “Active Ageing” for seniors — empowering both groups with practical tools, emotional support, and connection.

One of her biggest lessons along the way?

Collaboration makes big visions possible.

Grounded in purpose and guided by daily rituals of prayer, meditation, and movement, Lana continues to expand her impact while spreading joy (and music — she knows over 3,000 songs by heart!). 🎶
