While we need a routine so that we remain productive and our brain's actually have set , achievable goals, doing the same thing in the same way without flexibility, fun or a sense of creativity, creates a rut, where life can become monotonousπ₯±
So then? How can developing a healthy routine actually help you live healthier and happier?

flexibility,
change,
spontaneity, and with it,
the new experiences that life presents to you; and new connections, new people, brainstorming, new ideas, ... for life!ππ½ππ

ERA is not new, but it ought to be one of the first things to consider as you get older and certainly to discuss with your doctor, family, and friends.
Remember, healing and health and self- love are mainly "mindsets"-
"How I think, that's how I am".
