"Challenge"- powerful! What does that word mean to you after these 21 days?π§π½π§π½π§π½π§π½π§π½ππ½π₯π―π
Initially, for me it simply meant a task to be completed- with a few hurdles and learning along the way- but I learned something so much more valuable along the way!
My intention to share daily inspiration/challenges for you my people to thrive, with self-care - your oxygen mask first!π―).

What did we accomplish?
1/ Insight into shared feelings as many days the challenge felt like just what I needed and I felt it resonate so strongly!π―ππ½πππ½
2/Proof that PERSISTENCE always has its rewards- The value of HABITS!1οΈβ£2οΈβ£3οΈβ£
3The great feeling that people who felt as if they were at the end of their tether could find a daily "pick me up".π€

Gratitude has been called one of the highest positive energy qualities surpassed only by unconditional love. Especially when times are tough!ππ½
There are countless videos, books, movies, etc. on the value and grace of using gratitude in our lives, and many who have been through the harshest of trials say that when they looked for even the smallest thing in life for which they were grateful, like their child's smile, helped them to get through another day.ππ₯πππ½
Caregiving is so full of challenges, and the end of the year can bring even more complex "drama" at a time when there is so much to do; there are family gatherings and often past unpleasant memories come to mind.
So.... how to get outside of the unpleasantness and negativity that can bring you down? Write down anything that we are grateful for-- from your eyelashes to your toenails (seriously!)πππ½ππ½π.
What you write, flows into your heart, calms you and raises your energy levels, so much that the more you look for, the more you find!!π―
What happens next? You're now in a better mood, fractured relationships can heal, and the future looks bright!π₯π
